Our services include:

• Gutter unblocking and cleaning
• Exterior gutter cleaning
• Fascia and soffit cleaning
• Commercial and multi-storey property services (with cherry picker access where required)

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions discovered during service
• Commercial properties and multi-storey buildings (3+ storeys) may require cherry picker access, which is included in the quote
• We reserve the right to adjust quotes if property details differ from those provided

4. Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed upon acceptance of a quote and payment of any required deposit
• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods
• Late payment may result in additional charges
• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property information when requesting quotes
• Ensuring safe access to the property and work areas
• Removing or securing any obstacles that may impede our work
• Informing us of any hazards, special requirements, or access restrictions
• Being present or providing access arrangements for scheduled appointments

7. Our Responsibilities

• We will perform services to a professional standard
• We carry appropriate insurance for our work
• We will take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property
• We will comply with all relevant health and safety regulations
• For commercial and multi-storey properties, we partner with certified cherry picker companies to ensure safety

8. Liability and Insurance

• We are fully insured for public liability
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided
• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or issues not related to our work
• We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed to us before work commences

9. Guarantees and Warranties

• We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from completion
• If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days
• We will rectify any issues arising from our work at no additional cost
• This guarantee does not cover damage caused by weather, third parties, or pre-existing conditions

10. Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining the highest health and safety standards. For commercial properties and multi-storey buildings (3+ storeys), we work with certified cherry picker companies to ensure safe access and compliance with all regulations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wirral Gutter Care and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
